Fran Baker-Witt, RN, MBA, NHA
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Baker-Witt is the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Effingham Health System in Springfield, Georgia. She is a Registered Nurse first. She has a MBA and is working on her doctorate in nursing. Mrs. Baker-Witt is also a Nursing Home Administrator.
Fran Baker-Witt served in key leadership roles at Grady Health System in Atlanta for 17 years. In January 2016 she joined Effingham Health System as the Chief Transformation Officer. Mrs. Baker-Witt was named Interim Chief Executive Officer at Effingham Health System in June 2016.
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Betsy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in 1997. After graduation, she worked at Memorial University Medical Center as a Senior Staff Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit. Looking to expand her career, she joined Richard J. Greco, MD at The Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery. After working for Dr. Greco for eight years, Betsy united with Effingham Hospital in 2008. Betsy has served in several capacities while at Effingham Health System, most recently as the Physician Liaison.
Victoria Little, PHR
Chief of Support Services
Ms. Little has been the Director of Human Resources at Effingham Health System since 1994. She has over 30 years of administrative and supervisory experience in the healthcare field. Ms. Little is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
Chief Financial Officer
Founder of SHP, Mike is a graduate of University of MS, holds a Masters in Accounting, and has 20 years of experience in healthcare. He’s experienced in hospital finance, managed care, business office operations, and strategic planning.
