Our organization is a Drug Free Workplace. We conduct pre-employment drug testing for all staff and implement random testing. We have a Zero Tolerance policy for workplace violence as well as sexual harassment. Our benefit package contains employer-sponsored life insurance and cost-share health insurance for eligible staff. We provide annual personal time off and additional time for extended illness, calculated on an accrual basis for full time staff. A tax deferred annuity plan for future retirement needs is available on a contribution basis with the Hospital funding a deposit beginning in the 4th year of continuous employment. Other insurance plans available for purchase are Long and Short Term Disability Insurance, and additional life insurance, dental, cancer and hospitalization. A pre-paid legal plan is also available. We have an Employee Assistance program that offers free counseling sessions, opportunity for credit union participation and convenient direct deposit. Additionally, we make funding available through our Professional Enhancement program for approved tuition assistance reimbursements.
