Schedule appointments, fill out consent forms, track annual appointments, receive appointment reminders, check lab results, communicate with your providers, pay bills, edit personal information via mobile, and manage your own well-being.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE MyEHS HEALTHeLIFE PORTAL?

Patients will receive information about accessing the new patient portal at the time of their next visit with a provider at Effingham Hospital, Effingham Family Medicine, Effingham Women’s Health, Effingham Pediatrics, Effingham Imaging Center, Effingham Cancer Care Center, or Effingham Cardiology.
