Soul to Sole
The EHS Breast Cancer 5K is an annual community event hosted by Effingham Health System to raise awareness and support for breast cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship. Held each fall in Guyton, Georgia, the event brings together individuals, families, and teams in a spirited 5K run/walk that celebrates strength, honors those affected by breast cancer, and promotes wellness across our region.
Proceeds from the race directly support local initiatives, patient services, and early detection efforts within the Effingham Health System network. Whether you’re running in honor of a loved one, as a survivor, or in support of the cause, this event is a meaningful way to make a difference while promoting health and unity in our community.
