As our community continues to grow, our Effingham Family Medicine Practices will also be adjusting to this expansion. As of April 1st 2019, Dr. Romualdo Laygo will be relocating to our Guyton office. Dr. Laygo will continue to see patients Monday through Wednesday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
